Sometimes we have to be creative to get Sydney to do what we want her to do. Lately our battle is dinnertime. For reasons that I will never understand the girl just doesn't ever want to eat dinner. So I told her that if she took a bite I would take her picture. Worked like a charm. Apparently she is not shy in front of the camera. Here are some of the pictures I took. Lucky for us we have a digital camera and we were able to delete dozens of unnecessary pictures. Oh and I should mention that Sydney looks like a wild child in these pictures because she had been playing outside and totally messed up her hair and she had gotten soaked playing in the pool water so she is nearly naked. We gave her a bath after dinner so we didn't want to get her dressed twice. Just thought I'd explain so everyone doesn't think we are total white trash that let our children run around in their panties. 
And yes she is eating on the counter. Like I said... whatever works.
And yes... we are eating on the couch. We are horrible parents!

funny! i'm sure michael was real pleased with the pictures of him also! barry hates it when i take lame pix of him and post them. could be why there aren't many!
thanks for the encouragment. who ever said letting kids run around in their underwear was WT didn't have little kids and a hubby gone long hours. seriously!
I totally agree. It's just one of those things that I used to think whenever I would see kids out in the front yard in a diaper or underwear. I don't think you fully understand why parents would do that, until you are a parent.
